Lemon Meringue Tart


This rich confection of lemons, free range eggs and unsalted butter combines into a smooth, thick cream over a gentle heat and is poured in to a home made Pate Sucre pastry case. Delicately finished with raspberry meringue tart and fresh raspberries. Perfect for a refreshing not too sweet pudding. Large will provide for 8 – 10 people, medium will feed 6 – 8 and individual slice for one.
