To our best efforts we have displayed the coours, specifications, dimensions and descriptions of items on this website as accurately as possible. The colours you see on this website will depend on the resolution of your own monitor. we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will always reflect accurately on the colour of the product delivered. We may also from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications, descriptions and quanitities of the products displayed on our website without prior notice.

You are only allowed to use content found on this website as expressly agreeded by Mayfield Farm Bakery Ltd. Therefore any reprofuction or redistribution of our products and content may result in civil and criminal penalties.
In addition to these intellectual propety rights, the content, inlcuding; photographs, image, rights, sounds, music, audio or text are to the best of our knowledge accurate and complete. Although we cannot promise that it is error-free. www.mayfieldfarmbakery.com cannot promise the functions within the site i.e. html, content and functional aspects are error free. This will also relate to viruses and other harmful viruses, therefore we always reccomend that you should have an up-to-date and complete virus checking software to protect yourself.
You should also agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between yourself and Mayfield Farm Bakery Ltd. You will not express yourself as an employee, agent or representative of Mayfield Farm Bakery and we are not liable for any representation, act or omission on your part.

food items, hampers and gift boxes
Hampers and gift boxes are collections of both food and non-food items packaged in containers such as wicker baskets or card boxes. These products will contain certain perishable items as well as items with a rapid expiry date, your statutory right to withdraw purchases wihtin the seven working day 'cooling-off' period does not apply to these items.
All food items, hampers and gift boxes photographed on the website contained only the items listed. This means that some products may vary according to availability and any props used within the photography are not included unless clearly stated in the product lisitng. As well as this, we may at times show slightly different packaging in the hamper contents lisintg to that of the actual hamper contents.

Gift messages
Every gift order can be sent with a personalised gift message. We ask that you please decide on your message before placing an order.

Substitution items
Mayfield Farm Bakery Ltd reserves the right to substitue it with an item of equal or greater value that the original, or issue a complete refund for the product. This applies to items within Hampers, gift boxes and mixed orders.

Right to withdraw purchases within 'cooling off' period
By living in the european union you have the right by law to withdraw from the purchase of any item within a 'cooling-off' period of seven working days, starting on the day after the item is delivered to you. This right applies to all non perishable items on this website. However this right does not apply to perishable goods and other items that are likely to expire readpily (e.g. food and beverage items)

prices
Products are invoiced in GBP sterling at the price established at the time you place your order. Prices displayed on the website, where applicable, include Value Added Tax which will be charged at the current rate. We try to enure that all details, descriptions and prices are correct when appearing on our website, however some products might be subject to slight variations, errors and omissions included.
Delivery charge is an additional cost. Please refer to our delivery information for the full details. Although we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. you will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. In the case that we are unable to contact you, we will treat your oder in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
The prices that are displayed on our website apply to online purchases only. They are not indicative of the price of identical items purchases in our store or by any other means. we reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website at any given time.

Payment
You may pay for the products in with you are purchasing online by supplying your credit/ debit card details on the secure online order form.
Mayfield Farm Bakery Ltd operates the highest level of security, meaning that your card details are not kept. should you need to issue a refund due to the price change of an item or and item being out of stock we will need to recontact you to obtain your card details.
We take the privacy and security of your payment and all personal details very seriously. You will be able to tell if whether a page is secure as 'https' will replace the 'http' at the front of the www.mayfieldfarmbakery.com in your browser address window. You will also see a small locked padlock appear in the bottom bar of your browser window. These services enhance your existing card account against unauthorised use when you shop online with us.

We regret that we cannot accept cheques or cash as payment online.
Please to note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when communicating with Mayfield Farm Bakery Ltd through email. Please do not send up payment information unsing email. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable for any losses caused as a redult of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us with when placing an order.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. As soon as we recieve notice of your cancellation of a product we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that product along with the items normal delivery charge (if applicable).

Specific day delivery
We offer specific day delivery to certain areas surrounding our store, these include; Sheering, New hall, Church Langely, Gilden Park, Churchgate street and Old Harlow. It is in our best efforts to dispatch all products on time. if we are unable to to deliver the items within your chosen arrival period, we will aim to contact you to discuss your options and deliver as soon as possible. If the items are not delivered wihtin the time period we specify in the confimation email, please contact us quoting the order refernece contained in your oder confimation email.
Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the deliery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you.

 

items damaged in transit
If you recieve delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provideed you return the damaged items to us within 30 days of taking delivery for non-perishables and within 7 days for perishable items.

defective items
you have the right to return a non-perishable faulty item within 28 days along with proof of purchase.

Incorrect items
If you have recieved an incorrect item, please do notify us as soon as possible or within 7 days and return the incorrect item to us, specifying the correct details in writing. if you would like for us to replace the incorrect item will send you the correct item as soon as possible or you can collect from out store. Alternatively, we will refund the item, but only once it has been returned. Note, we will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating further.

Unwanted items
In the case that you change your mind on a product you have ordered and would like to return it, it must be returned within 7 days from either the collection or delivery date for a full refund. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the delivery costs.

Until you return items to us you are responsible for thier safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. we do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us.

Losses
We will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a direct ruslt of breaching these online shopping terms and conditions if those loosses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time the contract for the sales of items by us to you was formed; i.e. the point where we send you your order confirmation email . We will not be responsible to you or any other third party for any business loss or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions or the actions of our subcontractors or agents. this could include loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure etc.
Our liability to you under these online shopping terms and conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. nothing on these online shopping terms and conditions excludes our liability to you for personal injury caused by our negligance.

Events beyond our resonable control
We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these online shopping terms and conditions if any delays or problems arise from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Alterations to this website and terms and conditions
We have the right to make changes to this website, these online shopping terms and conditions, privacy statements and any other policies at any given time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you use the website or oder items to collect from the website. changes which we are required to make by law could apply to orders in which you have already placed.

Waiver
If you breach these online shopping terms and conditions and we take no action we will still be entitiles to use our rights in other situations where you are in breach.

Govering Law and Jurisdiction
These online shopping terms and conditions are governed by and in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to Submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, as do we.
